Booking & Cancellation Policy
We understand that adventure plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our riders and our logistics team.
Deposit & Payment
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before the tour departure date.
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and local bank transfers.
Cancellations by You
- 14+ days before departure: Full refund minus deposit.
- 7-13 days before departure: 50% refund of total tour cost.
- Less than 7 days: No refund will be issued.
Terms of Service
By booking with Choco Ha Giang, you agree to follow guide instructions, respect local communities, and ride within your skill level.
- Riders must hold a valid motorcycle license or approved learner permit where applicable.
- Alcohol consumption is prohibited before and during riding segments.
- Choco reserves the right to modify routes due to weather, road conditions, or safety concerns.
- Damage to rental equipment caused by negligence may be charged at replacement cost.
